• Valerian reduces the amount of time to fall asleep and is traditionally used in Western Herbal medicine to enhance sleep quality.
• Valerian is also used in traditional western herbal medicine to promote refreshing sleep and to decrease nervous tension and restlessness.
• Zizyphus is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to calm the mind and induce sleep, as well as to relieve spontaneous sweating.

Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day (1/2 – 1 hour before bed), or as professionally prescribed.
