Why do I need to complete a patient profile?
Many of our products are classed as “Professional Strength Nutritional Supplements”. They therefore require a specifically trained health professional to review before supply.
Why can’t I see prices without logging in?
We specialise in professional grade vitamin supplements. These products require health professional consultation and therefore require a login to order.
What is your returns policy?
Refunds/Returns will not be provided on prescription items, pharmacy medicines, pharmacist only medicines, vitamins, baby formula or any item sold on MediAdvicePharmacy.com.au. Once the order has been processed, no refunds are available under any circumstances. Storage conditions and therefore effectiveness of the product, vitamin, and/or medicine cannot be guaranteed after it has left our premises These items are unable to be returned to stock and re-sold after leaving our premises.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Due to current delivery delays due to COVID impacts & Australia Post delays, please allow up to 10 business days, after despatch confirmation email, for your order to arrive depending on your location. (Excluding public holidays). Regional & remote address may be further impacted by Australia Post delays.
Are COVID restrictions affecting orders & delivery?
Due to the current COVID health situation, our normal order despatch times have been impacted. We are working hard to bring our service back to normal as soon as possible, in the meantime please expect some delays in the despatch of your order.
How do know if my order has been completed successfully?

What methods of payment can I use & is it safe?

How do I track my orders online?
You can log into My Account to view the status of your order.
You can track your order delivery, using the tracking number sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. The email will be sent to the email address you used to place your order. Our prices online are generally less than in store. This is because of the completely different overhead structure of an online store versus a physical retail store.
