- Adults: 1 level tablespoon (4 g) daily, added to fluid and stir to dissolve
- Children 12 months – 12 years: ½ tablespoon (2 g) daily, added to fluid and stir to dissolve
- Start by introducing ¼ to ½ of the dosage in a large glass of water after dinner and slowly increase weekly until 1 scoop is reached

- Bloating, flatulence or mild gastrointestinal distress may occur when increasing fibre intake; introducing fibre slowly and increasing consumption can help alleviate potential undesirable effects
