Alleviates stress-related sleep disturbances: An 8‑week randomised, double‑blind, placebo‑controlled trial evaluated Holixer™ holy basil in 100 adults experiencing psychological stress and sleep difficulties.1 Participants receiving 125 mg of Holixer™ holy basil twice daily showed significantly greater reductions in perceived stress, with Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) scores decreasing by 37% compared with 19% in the placebo group, and between‑group differences reaching clinical significance by week six. Improvements in stress regulation were accompanied by meaningful benefits in sleep outcomes. Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) scores declined by 48% with Holixer™ holy basil versus 27% with placebo (Figure 2), reflecting improvements across sleep initiation, sleep maintenance, sleep quality, and daytime functioning.

MagActive®, a next-generation magnesium bisglycinate, is engineered for superior potency and absorption – offering up to 35% greater absorption than conventional magnesium bisglycinates (Figure 1) and 4-8x times better absorbed than magnesium oxide. Its fully chelated structure prevents binding with water molecules and dietary antinutrients such as phytates, ensuring more magnesium reaches the gastrointestinal membrane for absorption while remaining gentle on the gut.
