MetaFocus with Brahmi features the herbs brahmi with withania which are used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine to assist with memory, stress and mild anxiety, and support healthy nervous system function.

MetaFocus with Brahmi also helps reduce the effects of stress and cognitive fatigue.

Tyrosine 500 mg

Camellia sinensis (Green tea), dry leaf extract 125 mg

Derived from dry leaf 10 g

Bacopa monnieri (BacoMind™ Brahmi), dry whole plant extract 75 mg

Derived from dry whole plant 1.5 g

Ginkgo biloba (Ginkgo biloba), dry leaf extract 30 mg

Derived from dry leaf 1.5 g

Withania somnifera (Withania), dry root extract 30 mg

Derived from dry root 750 mg

Free from: Dairy protein, Lactose, Eggs, Gluten, Wheat, Nuts, Yeast, Soy protein, Salt, Artificial colours, Artificial flavours, Artificial preservatives.

Directions

Adults only:
For nervous system support: Take 1 tablet twice daily.
For improving memory and cognitive performance: Take two tablets twice daily.

Warnings

Contains 3.75 mg of caffeine per tablet.
A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
In rare cases, Camellia sinensis may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes, or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. To be taken with food.
