Meta B Complex contains high-potency B vitamins, essential for energy production and aiding the body’s stress response. It also features zinc and iron to support healthy brain function and neurotransmission (chemical messengers). Additionally, tocopherols, selenium and mixed carotenoids provide powerful antioxidant support, reducing free radicals in the body.

Available in a convenient one tablet per day, Meta B Complex delivers a substantial blend of nutrients to help you manage your energy and stress levels.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

Warning: Stop using this medication if you experience tinging, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from
dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
