Description

Sage is traditionally used in western herbal medicine (WHM) to relieve excessive sweating and night sweats associated with menopause.
Hops is traditionally used in WHM to induce sleep and reduce the time to fall asleep.
Lavender oil is traditionally used in WHM to relieve fatigue and decrease sleeplessness.
Vitamin D supports healthy teeth and bone health and enhances the absorption of dietary calcium.
Vitamin C supports nervous system function and relieves tiredness.
Hops relieves hot flushes associated with menopause.

Directions

Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day before bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.
