Directions

Adults: 2 capsules twice daily with meals
Children 1 – 3 years: 1 capsule once daily
Children 4 – 9 years: 1 capsule twice daily with meals
Children 10 – 18 years: 1 capsule 3 times daily with meals
Toddlers and children unable to swallow capsules: Mix contents of capsule with honey/yoghurt or into a smoothie
