Directions

Adult: Take 3 capsules, 2 times daily one hour away from food or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Contraindicated for those on anti-coagulant medications (i.e. Heparin, warfarin or aspirin).
Caution in patients already taking some form of sedative-hypnotic drug.
Not to be taken during pregnancy.
Avoid caffeine containing beverages (e.g. coffee, strong tea, guarana).
