Directions

Adult: Take 3 capsules, 2 times daily one hour away from food or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Caution for those on anti-coagulant medications (i.e. heparin, warfarin or aspirin), or cholinergic drugs (e.g. neostigmine).
Avoid coffee, hot spices, deep fried foods, fatty foods and alcohol.
Contains Glycyrrhiza, which potentiates prednisone and corticosteroids by prolonging steroid biological half-life; caution in patients with hypertension.
