Ingredients

Each Neuro Sleep capsule contains:

Humulus lupulus (Hops) fruit ext dry conc.	62.5 mg
from fruit dry	625 mg
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root ext. dry conc.	200 mg
from root dry	1 g
Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb top flowering ext. dry conc.	100 mg
from herb top flowering dry	2 g
Magnesium (from amino acid chelate)	52.5 mg

Excipients
When using excipients we tightly control the input quantity which results in the absolute minimum requirement. Some of the excipients below are attached to the raw material. We include these for full transparency.

Microcrystalline cellulose
Colloidal anhydrous silica
Lavender oil
Maltodextrin
Stearic acid
Vegetarian capsules (hypromellose, water)

The following substances have not been used in the production of this product however the finished product has not been tested to confirm the absence of these substances so care must be taken in the case of anaphylaxis

Directions

Take 2 capsules daily, 30-60 minutes before bed or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Storage Guide: Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.

Warnings: Contains soya bean products. In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
