Indications

• Natal Care provides a daily dose of 400 micrograms of folic acid, which if taken for one month before conception and during the first trimester of pregnancy, helps to prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida and/or anencephaly
• Contains vitamins and minerals to support the health of mother and baby during pregnancy, and while breastfeeding
• Contains multiple forms of folate
• Provides essential vitamins and minerals including iodine and zinc to support healthy development of the foetus

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.

Warnings:

• Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice.
• If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/spina bifida, seek specific medical advice.
• Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. If you are concerned about the health of yourself or your baby, talk to your health practitioner.
• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms
  for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
• Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible [Contains Vitamin B6].
• Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
• Contains soya bean products.
• Contains sugars (glucose, fructose and sucrose).
