Directions

Take 3 capsules daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Indications

Lemon balm and Skullcap have traditionally been used in Western herbal medicine as nervines and calmatives, to relieve nervous tension and restlessness, and to relieve symptoms of stress such as sleeplessness
Skullcap has been traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of mild anxiety
Zinc and vitamin B6 support nervous system and brain function and healthy mood balance
Vitamin B6 aids in the synthesis of neurotransmitters
