Each serve (2.2 g) contains:

Magnesium glycinate – 1801.8 mg
equiv. magnesium – 200 mg

Excipient: Citric acid.

Adults: Mix 2.2 g powder (approximately 1/2 teaspoon) with 250 mL of water and consume immediately. Take 1-2 times daily or as directed by a health professional.
