• Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) is involved in sugar and carbohydrate metabolism, as well as mitochondrial production of energy as ATP.
• The addition of thiamine (vitamin B1) and riboflavin (vitamin B2) complements ALA’s role in supporting energy production. Thiamine also supports ALA to metabolise carbohydrates.
• ALA is a water and fat-soluble antioxidant, with both direct and indirect actions. ALA is also involved in regenerating endogenous antioxidants such as vitamin E, vitamin C, ubiquinol and glutathione, which helps reduce free radical damage to body cells.

Alpha lipoic acid – 600 mg
Thiamine hydrochloride – 34.95 mg
equiv. thiamine (vitamin B1) – 25 mg
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) – 2.5 mg
