This specialised formula contains AlphaWave® L-theanine, Affron® saffron (Affron® is a registered trademark of Pharmactive Biotech Products, S.L.U) and lutein. AlphaWave® L-theanine is a calming amino acid, which supports relaxing alpha waves in the brain. Affron® saffron supports refreshing sleep and sleep quality, helping to prepare you for the day ahead. Stress is a factor which can affect sleep. Lastly, lutein aids the body to cope with environmental stress. Environmental stress can include electronic screen exposure.
