Directions

Adults and children over 5 years: take 1 sachet nightly before bed, after brushing and completing other oral hygiene practices. Pour this fast-melting probiotic powder directly into the mouth or mix with 5ml of water to create a mouth rinse. Swish around for up to 1 minute before swallowing. Avoid rinsing, drinking or eating for at least 30 minutes to allow the contents to coat oral surfaces.
