• 1 scoop (1 g) once or twice daily in 250 – 350 mL water or beverage of choice
• Can be taken prior to or after exercise or between meals
• Do not exceed more than 2 serves in a 24 hour period

• Not suitable for children under 15 years
• Not suitable during pregnancy or lactation
• Should only be used under medical supervision
• Processed in a GMP facility that also processes products containing gluten, milk, fish, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, corn and seeds
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
