Adults: 5 drops (0.20 mL) daily in water or juice
Children 6 – 8 years: 2 drops (0.08 mL) daily in water or juice
Children 9 – 13 years: 3 drops (0.12 mL) daily in water or juice
Children 14 – 18 years: 4 drops (0.16 mL) daily in water or juice
(5 drops are equivalent to 100 μg selenium)
