MagActive™ Muscle contains Meta Mag® – Magnesium bisglycinate, an exclusive form of magnesium with enhanced bioavailability and the metabolically active form of vitamin B6.

MagActive™ Muscle reduces muscle cramps where dietary magnesium intake is inadequate. MagActive™ Muscle helps to support energy levels, maintain a healthy stress response and along with zinc, maintain healthy muscle and nerve function. Magnesium and vitamin B6 relieve premenstrual symptoms.

Meta Zn® Zinc bisglycinate equiv. Zinc	40 mg 8 mg
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (P5P)	15 mg
Chromium chloride hexahydrate equiv. Chromium	1 mg 200 μg

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet three times daily.
For magnesium supplementation: Take 1 tablet daily.
