Recommended dosage:

Adults: Take 8 grams of powder (2 level scoops) mixed in 250 mL of water or juice, and consume immediately twice daily.


  • Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains Vitamin B6)
  • Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet
  • Contains 50mg of potassium per dose
  • Contains trace amounts of sulfur dioxide
  • Caution is advised for individuals with existing renal conditions, young children and pregnant women due to the mineral and amino acid content
  • To be used with caution in patients taking medications that cause potassium retention/hyperkalaemia
  • Concurrent administration with NSAIDs, antibiotics, and bisphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs) may interfere with the absorption of the doses by at least two hours
  • Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia
