Floradix® Epresat® Liquid Multi also contains ascorbic acid, yeast autolysate, juice concentrate (apricot, guava, orange and passiflora edulis), orange flavour, guar gum, fructose, xanthan gum, water.

Recommended dosage:

Directions for use: Shake the bottle well before use. Use the measuring cup provided. Children 6 – 12 years of age: 5 mL once daily, preferably before a meal. Adults and children 13 years and older: 10 mL once daily, preferably before a meal. Store below 25oC. Refrigerate after opening. Store upright at 2 °C to 8 °C (Refrigerate. Do not freeze.) and use within 4 weeks of  opening.

Warnings

If you are pregnant – or considering becoming pregnant – do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3,000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
