Directions

Adults and children from 14 years: 2 level teaspoons (7.4 g) twice daily, in 250 mL water or juice, with meals
Children 6 – 8 years: 1 level teaspoon (3.7 g) once daily, in 125 mL water or juice, with meals
Children 9 – 13 years: 1 level teaspoon (3.7 g) twice daily, in 125 mL water or juice, with meals
